Zkušební ponory (2 ponory, 1 den)

According to PADI standards, all participants in the Discover Scuba Diving program must have swimming ability to ensure their safety.

We prefer to do it in one day for your convenience, but departure time for diving depends on tide tables to avoid strong currents. If we start 10.30am and later we can do pool session on the same day. Otherwise pool session must be done one day in advance in Elixir resort. Meeting point is always Elixir office which is on different address. Check our contact page. Please ask for information about departure times via email or Whatsapp 1-2 days before the course begins. We dont plan our schedule long time ahead and we dont have fixed schedule.

This course does not end with full certification. It gives you a chance to be familiar with equipment, train basic skills and try diving experience. It helps people to decide whether they would like to do full PADI Open Water course in the future. It is possible to continue to full PADI course with us after the Discover Scuba Diving course, but the participant needs to start e-learning of theory (6 hours), do one more 3 hours pool session and finish it with one more two tanks diving day.

The dive site is determined according to our schedule for certified divers. We prepare beginners in professional way to take them to the same amazing dive sites as certified divers to give them the best experience.

Phi Phi is great location for beginners as Koh Bida Nok dive site starts in 5m depth. The price is the same + you get all sightseeings, but there is 600 THB national park fee extra for diver. Payment in cash.

We encourage divers to take non-diving partners on the boat only if the course is taken around Phi Phi Islands. The tour offers great snorkeling experience with sightseeing. Partner pays regular tour price plus NP fee 400 THB. Other dive sites are not ideal for non-diver to join the tour.
